India and China. The Job: Director of Applications Engineering for Power
MOSFETs reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of IceMOS Technology.
Responsibilities:
Develop and support new product Power MOSFETs devices introduction into
multiple IceMOS targeted applications for:

General Lighting Applications
-
Power Factor Correction
-
Electric Vehicles
-
Switching Power Supplies AC/DC
-
Solar Cell Energy Conversion
Knowledge of VERTICAL POWER TRENCH GATED MOSFETs with low gate charge and low
rdson would be very beneficial in this position The ability to trouble shoot
and Perform Failure Analysis and generate 8D corrective Action Reports that
guarantees the maximum reliability performance of all products shipped to
customers.
Qualifications Requirements :

BSEE, MSEE

Excellent interpersonal, written communications and presentation skills

Strong hands- on computer skills with desire to generate collateral material

Mature & independent personality; self organized and priority focused

International Travel may be required to USA.Five years technical understanding
experience in design of high performance of power mosfets

Five years related experience in Applications Engineering and Simulation of
Power Semiconductors

Demonstrated ability to manage applications-focused customer qualifications
-
Highly motivated and open personality
-
Fluent in English and Chinese a plus

Results Driven must be capable of working without supervision.

A proven track record of penetrating markets and major accounts through
effective POWER MOSFET DEVICE DESIGN
